Delivery Charges
The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for delivery. Domestically, we utilize USPS media mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail, based on weight. For international sales/rates, please see International Sales/Rates below.
INTERNATIONAL SALES/RATES
We want to sell to anyone in the world. Right now, we can't figure how to properly calculate international rates and are constantly debating over what carrier to use. Being that's so, please email us an inquiry at downwarden@earthlink.net or use our contact us page. Just let us know what you want and where you want it sent, and we'll let you know the postage before it's a done deal. We're working on recifying this tiny problem. We have books to sell and we make deals!

Despatch Times
Orders are usually despatched in 1-3 working days. If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time. A small surcharge may be necessary on rush orders, but your acceptance of this will always be obtained before the order is shipped.

Returns Policy
Regrettably, we cannot refund items. All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, as well as any other costs, but if you have a problem we're all ears.
Incorrect Goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not read the item. If you read the item and do not like it, we cannot help you. If you wear the item and you don't like it, we can't help you with that, either, especially if it's a book. But if you have a legit problem, we're all ears. We're simple, and like to keep it that way. Seriously, contact us if you need us.
