Author Kristi Caye was born in Riverside, California and currently resides in Sacramento with her husband Tony, their two cats and a Green-Cheeked Conure named Chico. Her two sons, Erik and David, currently live in Albany, Oregon.
Kristi has been deeply interested in music since the age of seven when she began learning the piano. Over the years she has added the guitar to her interests and is a virtuoso on the radio. Her ambition to write began when she was 12, after years of spinning stories to her family. (Okay, telling lies…) While trying to write that one great book over the years she has worked as an Electrician’s Apprentice, Wedding and Real Estate Photographer, and more recently, a Behavioral Technician working with children who have Autism.
She is author to several short stories and two full length novels. Her current work is a trilogy of fantasy revolving around seven immortal women who come alive throughout history to help the figures that have shaped the world we live in today. The first of these, “A Brilliant Wynde”, is expected to be released later this year through Black Bed Sheet Books
